What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
India is land of karma (work) oriented country. All beings are always engaged in some work. People work diligently to fulfill their responsibility towards him, his family and society.
When you performs activities for the yourself or for your living. Such activities are either pious or sinful, and bring results in the form of enjoyment or suffering. “As you sow so you reap”
“कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ।।”
In this verse of Gita, Shri Krishna has told Arjun that you have right only on the action, never on its result. Therefore, you should not be attached to the results of your actions or be motivated not to do them.” That is, a person can only control his actions, it is not in the hands of the person what result he will get from that action. In such a situation, a person should only concentrate on his work without worrying about the results.
So I believe in performing my best to my work. That’s really helps in improving my quality of life day by day.
I appreciate how you’ve woven the concept of karma and the teachings of the Gita into your daily habit. It’s a beautiful way to connect spirituality with practical life, showing how ancient wisdom can still guide us in modern times. This post has given me something to think about!🤝👍👌🌷

This is interesting. I wonder how the result plays into mental health from this viewpoint. Sometimes even though I know I’m doing my best, the result is insufficient for others (society), which causes questioning of whether I really am doing my best.

Results are not in our hand so focus on responsibilities and do it.. that’s in our hand. Thank for comment 🙏🤓
