Do you see yourself as a leader?
Leaders have different qualities in different field. I am not a great orator or have a political leader type personality but when it comes to taking responsibility I accept it with full sincerity, I was interested in such activities since my college days.
I have some ability to influence others with my thoughts and vision that guide a team to success. To see the bigger picture with open mind, and have a sensitivity to shape a winning strategy. To understand strengths and weaknesses, and use that knowledge to negotiate or navigate challenges.
Once I decide on something, I will do it. No matter what difficulty comes my way, I will take it to its final conclusion. When you stand by something with full of faith, knowledge, dedication and strength, people judge your confidence if they find a leadership quality in you they automatically start supporting you.
