What is one thing you would change about yourself?
After a long and arduous struggle, some of my decisions started to turn out right. Since then, I’ve found that I don’t like to listen to anyone else. I cannot tolerate anyone else’s interference in my work and personal decisions.
I don’t understand why someone else would decide what I should do, even if it is beneficial for me. But sometimes when I use meditation to examine my thought and behavior patterns. Then question to my critical inner voice and ask myself about decision in that particular situation.
So, now I would like to make a small change in myself so that I can be a little flexible in taking decisions. By pay an attention to what other people are saying and try to see things from their perspective. This builds empathy and opens my mind to new ideas, rather than dismissing anything that opposes my view.

Good morning Shashwat!
My papa says – सुनो सबकी करो अपने मन की
Though I would add to it – grasp whatever you think works in your favour and move ahead!!! A good thought and nice click 🙌😊

Your reflection is beautifully honest, deeply self-aware, and quietly courageous. You’ve expressed a truth many people experience but rarely articulate—the way hard-earned independence can slowly turn into rigidity, and how strength sometimes needs to be softened with openness.

It’s hard to accept constructive criticisms. I too found myself like this and I find it so hard to see it as a strength, but it is good for me to learn how. I hope you find peace with it too

If I could change one thing about myself, it would be my rigidity in decision-making. After struggling for years and finally getting things right, I stopped listening to others. But through meditation and self-reflection, I’ve realized the value of being flexible. Now I’m learning to consider others’ perspectives, build empathy, and stay open to new ideas.
