Keep quiet

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

I am not that such kind of goal oriented person. Who only do things related to their personal benefits. Such people always have hidden agenda in their every task.

I respect the relationship which I made. Keep doing things to make them alive. I encourage my involvement in different things which I love to do.

But sometimes when it necessary to say ‘no’, I must take clear stand on it and put my limitations without any hesitation. Leave the situation on it own, just keep quiet without any interference.

Uniqueness

What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?

Sometimes people praise and admire you. Sometimes you wish people will consider this. So be careful about these judgments because everyone’s background, situation, condition, luck, support are different from others.

Some people are born into families that encourage education, others are against it. Some are born into flourishing economies and they encouraging of enterpreneurship, others are born into war and destitution.

I want to be successful by earning it. But realize that not all success is due to hard work, and not all poverty is due to laziness. Keep this in mind when judging people, including yourself.

So we all have to be proud on what we have instead of what qualities others have. Every person have their uniqueness, be happy with that.

Evening of rain

What is your favorite type of weather?

The cool breeze that breaking
The silence of deep night
The song of this silence
Makes me feel lonely.

The moon light was covered
Completely by dusky clouds
Like a procession of memories
is coming towards me.

Tiny drop of rainy season
Just trying to say something
While draining my skin
Just relax and enjoy a min.

The rustling branches
of the trees are making
me live this pleasant moment
making sure of my presence.

My tears have found
New friends today
Many layers of my heart
Have been cleaned now.

Practical experiences

Who was your most influential teacher? Why?

I have been taught by many excellent teachers. Nearly every teacher gives the theoretical nature of knowledge in the form of ideas and concept. And as a student we all have responsibility to follow it in our practical life.

Theoretical knowledge can give you a deeper understanding of the concept by seeing it in the context of understanding why it is behind it.

Practical education is better because it enables you to know enough about how things work in the real world. Also as a student of science, we have to do practicals of theories in the science laboratory.

The best part of practical work is anything we learn in a practical way that knowledge will stay with us for a long time. In practical application, we learn the facts in a fun way which is the best part of learning.

In my point of view whether you are a science student or not practical experience are the most influential teacher. They brings us face to face with reality of life. They will your increase confidence and decrease obstacles.

Workout

What do you wish you could do more every day?

In the pressure of modern busy life style, the glamour of a career, a social life, and binge watching the cricket league, latest webseries marathon, it can be difficult to squeeze in workouts even though we know they’re vital to our health and well-being.

I really wish to give extra time every day to my morning physical activity, regular exercise, jogging eyc in the morning could increase the physical activity throughout the day more so than days they didn’t exercise in the morning. It keeps you more activated, motivated, flexible and energetic.

Behind the back

What was the best compliment you’ve received?

In our daily interactions, we usually say a famous quote, “Criticism should be delivered face-to-face, while praise should be spoken behind someone’s back.” and I completely agree with it, people who really cares for you will do this.

And I got my best compliment behind the back, my father and his big brother was talking something very exciting about me. But seriously I must tell you I didn’t achieved that yet and slowly I realised that I not capable for that. But that compliment made my day.

We have to be more aware of the words we choose, fostering a culture of kindness, understanding, and growth. Together, we can build stronger connections, encourage meaningful conversations, and create a world where communication becomes a catalyst for positive change.

Bike Ride

You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?

I prefer bike ride because recently we make lots of trip happened successfully. The longest trip is around 1500 KM it’s a 4 day trip. Lots of things happened in our journey we are 4 people with two bikes. The main advantage of bike ride is to reach very close to the site it results as less walk. And you will cover many small spots easily no headache for narrow streets. Google map handle easy access to evey destination.

The main thing to keep in mind while planning is that no matter how much you do at home things will come up on the road that require flexibility. It’s enjoying to explore new destinations, new road, new people, new food culture and many more but your whole daily routine destroyed. The worst that can happen is you’ll have a little extra time to sleep, eat, write, play, and enjoy your journey.

Gandhi Ji’s Talisman

What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

“I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him. Will he gain anything by it? Will it restore him to a control over his own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to swaraj [freedom] for the hungry and spiritually starving millions?

Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away.”

Just sit relaxed close your eyes and imagine.

Manjhi (The Mountain Man)

What movies or TV series have you watched more than 5 times?

Manjhi (the Mountain Man) is such a inspiring true love story of an Indian laborer from Gehlaur village. When his wife died after being injured from falling from a mountain and due to the same mountain blocking easy access to a nearby hospital in time.

He decided to carve a path through a ridge of hills using only a hammer and a chisel. After 22 years of work, Dashrath shortened travel between the Atri and Wazirganj blocks of Gaya district.
