Meaning : I pray to the Lord of the Universe called Rama, chief of the Raghus, supreme amongst kings, a mine of loving tenderness, destroying all sins, visible in human form because of his maya (power of illusion), greatest of the deities, all pervading,worth knowing through Vedanta (the Upanishads) constantly served by Brahma, Shambhu and Sheshnag (the thousand-headed snake on which Vishnu sleeps), granting supreme bliss in the form of moksha or salvation, sinless, beyond mundane perception, eternal and calm.

I can’t stop falling in memories with you. They sneak up on me, bringing back moments of joy, pain, heartbreaks and everything in between us.

You don’t know, while thinking about you how much I waste my time. Many times I imaginary talk to you, put you in different situations and ask how you perceived a particular event.

Even many times fight with you in various serious issues happening around me. Even virtually we have different opinions but I try my best to convenance you on that issue.

Yeah I might try to push them away, but they’re part of my life. Embrace them, learn from them, and let them remind how far we’ve come. Reality remains reality, and I accept that fact and I am not blaming you for anything.

Those memories have shaped me, for better or worse, and they are a testament to my journey which was full of struggles. I understand them, make conclusions, learn lots and use them to grow stronger.

Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

We must have clarity about our decisions. In lack of clarity we have to face lots of noise from our inside heart and outside world. Well all have limitations, we can’t do everything. Find out what’s really important to you and prioritize those activities.

And now more than ever, our professional success and personal well-being depend on how we manage it. We can’t say yes to everyone and everything and do all of it well.

When we take on too many burdon, sometimes things are not practically possible, we waste time, energy, and money and distract yourself from what’s really important.

So when we understand our capabilities and have clarity in decisions then we easily say ‘no’. Learning to say no is an important life skill that can help you manage your time, improve your relationships, and boost your self-esteem

Self attachment

Sometimes it’s just better to be alone than to be with undeservedly company. It’s more comfortable to get out from the world of one’s imaginary expectations. Being in the presence of people who bring negativity, stress, or disrespect into your life can be far more damaging than spending time alone.

Solitude offers a peaceful space for self-reflection, growth, and relaxation. It allows you to reconnect with your own thoughts and needs, you can focus on inner consciousness and peace, free from the influence and judgment of others.

In the quiet moments of being alone, you can discover more about who you are, what you value, and what you aspire to achieve. It leads you to get more closer to spirituality and a spirit of well being start growing.

Moreover, spending time by yourself can help build resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of what you truly seek in relationships. It gives you more time to think deeper about meaning of life, purpose of life.

What snack would you eat right now?

Salty, crispy, and crunchy potato chips and addictive. Clear winner based on flavor of spices and crunch. They are delicious, fun to eat anywhere anytime.

Mine favourite brand is Lay’s. It reigning supreme in the potato chip space, Once I opened the bag, all I could smell was so delicious. The chips themselves were tasty, crispy and salty, compared to some of the other brands, they were on fire.

Satisfied and Regular life

What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

Spirituality and personal faith are secret elixirs in your life. Faith allows us to find inner peace, accept life as it is and come to terms with the disparity between expectation and reality.

Finding ways to reduce our anxiety and stress levels can extend our lifespan. Having strong emotional ties with friends and family protects us from isolation, depression and even mental illness.

For human beings, love and intimacy are as essential as food and water. Spend more time cultivating connections with surrounding people like our parents, siblings, cousins, grandparents, friends, coworkers and neighbors.

Simple habits like some regular physical activity, eating a balanced diet, and keeping surrounding a happy environment. When you have a satisfaction with what you have, it leads to a peace. We must have a list of all the things we love that don’t require or involve money.

A beautiful smile on your face that changing your facial expression can intensify or even transform your mood.

Whenever we are off the track, a descent smiling face can bring us back to the present moment, to a positive mood. It’s help to change the mood of ourselves as well as surrounding people.

Mental Time Travel

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

As a human being we have a large memory bank in our brain so the state of mind that prioritizes consciousness and awareness, especially of one’s feelings. People spend lots of time in think about the past and future in daily life is a feature of mental time travel.

Remembering past experiences is undoubtedly important for normal functioning as it allows us to learn from our experiences and to develop a temporally stable sense of self consciousness. But when recalling specific life events again and again that results depression, anxiety, fear etc.

Plan future events and to engage in important decision-making processes that influence our future lives. Thinking about the future may be the most beneficial to life and work outcomes but only thinking about the present as needed to enact one’s future plans.

Cricket

Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

After a long time we planned to organise a outdoor game to play. We choose cricket to play because it is safe to say that cricket is not merely a sport but an emotion in our India. It makes people come together for good. It also strengthens our relationship with other countries and maintains the sportsman spirit.

Despite Hockey being the national sport of the India, it is cricket which rules over the hearts of the citizens. It creates a lot of excitement and frenzy amongst the fans of the game.

Cricket is like a religion in India and the players are considered to be demi-gods. It is the most-watched sport in India and people even miss their schools and offices when any major international match is happening.

“Dev Foundation” organise a “Youth Welfare Primium League” cricket match series. Mainly competition is between two teams “Pitch Pirates” and ” Boundary Hunter’s”. Both teams give their best to game. Finally Boundary hunter’s steal the moment and became the winner.

It is very hard to manage time for a outdoor sports in our daily life between the pressure of work. That’s why we planned it in a systematic manner in form of a championship. Everyone’s participation makes this event a memory.

What relationships have a positive impact on you?

We are social creatures and nearly everyone have strong bonding of family structures, we rely on the emotional support of our friends. We have a society where we spend much of our lives collaborating with other people to achieve larger goals.

Positive relationships with our family members, friends, coworkers, and peers all support a healthy mind and foster a strong sense of well-being.

When people engage in a relationship selflessly then there is compromise between two and this kind of relationship flourishes. If you seriously dedicated to this kind of relationship this will increase your confidence, co-ordination, happiness, strengthen bonding and provide stability in the life.

This kind of relationship work when there is mutual need, respect, understanding, have no any hidden agenda. When there is purity in a relationship it feels comfortable and it opens the door of happiness.
