To live a successful life, it is very important to maintain a balance between personal and professional life. Work-life balance can improve your overall well-being, including physical, emotional, and mental health.

Focusing too much on work will harm your physical and mental health and you will remain mentally stressed even when there is no work. So achieving a healthy work-life balance can reduce stress, improve emotional states, and increase overall productivity.

Accepting the reality of life and being happy in it is a sign of a satisfied life. There is no need to run after too many materialistic things because true success is not just about climbing the career ladder but also about enjoying the journey and maintaining a healthy, happy life.

  1. Yes sir. Balance is key Swashat, people forgive me if I spelled your name wrong, I am an AFRICAN MAN. I agree that balance is very important or else we will face a burnout. Its like social media, people are so glued that they can even suffer depression hence less is more and that is why I take days off FACEBOOK or any social app, better for my mental health too. I love to walk and get fresh air
