What things give you energy?
In this era this world running towards development and this development dependent on industries. The big cities flourishing on the strength of industrialization. Our increasing reliance on technology, combined with a global trend toward urban living, means many of us are spending less time outdoors. Somewhere we are getting away from nature.
Spending time in nature energizes me in different ways. Nature can generate many positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity and can facilitate concentration. Even i prefer fresh natural water instead of mineral water and veggies produced from organic farming or natural farming.
From walking through a city park to a day spent hiking in the wilderness, exposure to nature has been linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention, lower stress, improving mood, boosting physical health, reduced risk of psychiatric disorders, and even upticks in empathy and cooperation.

I believe the same as you—being out in nature gives me energy. There’s something about fresh air, greenery, and open space that restores balance and clears the mind. But I also think energy isn’t only something we receive—it’s something we can create. By choosing to be active, by pushing ourselves to move or focus even when we don’t feel like it, we often attract energy back to us. In that way, nature and mindset work together: the world outside fuels us, and the effort we put in multiplies that energy.

So beautifully said ! In this fast-moving world of cities and screens, your words are a soft reminder that nature is still our truest healer. A walk in the park, a sip of fresh water, or veggies grown with care—these little things bring peace, energy, and a joy no technology can replace.

I agree, nature truly recharges us. It sparks joy, calmness, and creativity. Fresh air and greenery boost focus and mood. Organic foods and natural water feel more vibrant. Urban life pulls us from nature, but even a park walk helps. Let’s reconnect with the outdoors for our well-being.

That fresh aroma in the village air gives a kind of therapy that even a world-class therapist couldn’t provide.
