Your life without a computer: what does it look like?
We are living in the era where computer is god and internet the blood in his veins. So now a days it’s hard to imagine a life without computer. But a simple, real and worriless life which is very close to nature, for which humanity is paramount, which knows the value of being human.
Somewhere we have lost the human touch. We were born to live in a society, not in some virtual world where people fake their identities. After all, we are not robots. We have feelings and emotions which a programmed computer can never understand.
We cannot live in our virtual fantasy world ignoring the real world. We need to realise that we have invented the internet technology, we are the masters and should not become slaves to this technology.
We should not allow the computer and internet to rule us but allow it to work for us. The internet is a wonderful technology but it needs to be used wisely. We’ve lived without it for millions of years, so we can say it’s not a basic human necessity. We can live a wonderful life without it.

It’s very practical. I like it

It’s fascinating how you link the loss of human touch to the rise of the virtual world and fake identities. We were born for real society, for genuine connection.
Good one 🌻

This is such a thoughtful and grounded reflection! 🌿✨ You’ve beautifully captured the paradox of our times—how technology, while immensely powerful and useful, has also distanced us from the essence of being human. Your words remind us that simplicity, connection, and genuine human touch are irreplaceable treasures no screen can replicate.

Beautifully said 🌿. Computers and the internet are powerful tools, but they should serve us—not rule us. At the end of the day, nothing replaces real human connection and the value of simply being human.

In the end, we all crave connection, warmth, someone to be with us, to share our thoughts. It can be a friend, a family member, or that special person we choose to share our lives with.
As we age, it becomes harder to form new social circles, especially since we no longer live in tight-knit communities. That’s why computers, and more recently AI, can offer a sense of comfort when we’re alone.
As a recent divorcé, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate solitude, and how challenging it is to build new social connections.
To counter that, I make it a point to stay fully present when I’m in social settings. I almost never look at my phone. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, where there’s no cell reception at all.

Beautifully said.
We’ve traded presence for screens and connection for clicks.
Nature, real conversations, and quiet moments hold more value than endless scrolling.
Technology should serve us—not steal our humanity.
Let’s reclaim the joy of being truly huma
