What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
Tea is a central part of Indian culture and society, and is served at many occasions. It’s a symbol of hospitality and a way to bring people together.
I have an mental alarm for tea daily one in the morning and one in evening. It’s a good energizer to start a day and make a balance in evening when you feel little hungry.
I have to meet many people daily and visit various offices every place people generally offer tea and I also do the same for them. Sometimes it repeated many time in a day. But over the last few years, for the health concerns, I have reduced it to maximum 3-4 cups a day.

Excellent!

I remembered you yesterday on National Broadcasting Day, remembering Mahatma Gandhi who spoke on radio only once in 1947 to address soldiers who were killed & injured in Hariyana.
Delhi University students sung bhajans of Kabir das & Tulsi das .. one famous among those was .. chadariya zeeni re zeeni.. there is a line .. chadariya Rang rez ko dini… that reminded me of your name here ..

I love how tea is such an essential part of your day and culture! It really does bring people together, doesn’t it? It’s great that you’re mindful of balancing your enjoyment with health, too—3-4 cups sounds like a perfect limit! 🍵
Ah, coffee is the perfect alternative! I totally get it—coffee has that same comforting, energizing vibe. It’s great for connecting with people, and there’s always time for another cup! ☕😊

I love tea too. I don’t think there has been a single day in the last 55 years that I haven’t drunk tea. It’s so much more than just a drink☕️
