Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?
Many times I manages the stage at a performance, event, award function etc and sometimes I get a chance to deliver a speech on a specific topic. Here I am going to share with you my first experience of anchoring at Fresher Function which was held in my college.
My college life was surely a learning experience. The confidence and motivation it gave me, I couldn’t get anywhere else. Most importantly, it is the place where I recognized my uniqueness and individuality.
The stage fear is like feeling the weight of audiance that pressing down on me. I am loosing control on my mind, voice, expressions and body language. Public speaking brings different kinds of emotions to the surface with fear such as anxiety, panic, unease, nervousness, and worry.
My whole preparation became blank now but I told myself that I have to do it because this is last option, no one here to take my place right now. Then I close my eyes and remember God, feel some confidence and look at script written on paper in my hand and I get started.
It taught me something very important lesson, it was that if i were to just be willing to stand up and speak, people will do the things that i want them to do. Step by step I conquer the stage and at last whole auditorium is in my control.

At least, you need to some clear and ordered points to deliver a speech.
To make it practical and productive you need preparation in advance.
