When are you most happy?
Happiness begins with a smile, freedom and good thoughts. Happy moments are when you feel everything going in the right direction according to your planning, shining eyes feel open and a voice of satisfaction is comming from soul.
I feel most happy when I perform things successfully what I planned earlier in a systematic manner. It may be my routine work, spend time with family and friends, a bike ride, tourist destination, a pleasant writing, any event, a deep sleep, random acts of kindness etc.
Happy moments come and go, as there are happy hills and sad valleys that will last much longer than a moment. The hard part is making sure that the happy hills happen more often and last longer than the down feeling valleys.
At ziggity 3:25 pm I’m the happiest jubber-wubber! And on average, I twirl with eight fluttery zing-zangs on any giggly day, plus five wompity gloomies. Oodles of giggles, I’m way more zingy when I’m NOT at the worky-dorky!
