Who are the biggest influences in your life?
Every human being have a deep impact of a religion in their life. Religion can influence the culture of an entire community, nation, or region of the world. Different Belief system that are widely accepted become part of our culture and in many ways, shape that society where we live in.
Every religion have some thematic principles that make them similar to one another, namely concepts of god and love, honesty, altruism, miracle workings and peacekeeping. However, every religion has elements and ideologies that set them apart from the other.
The concept of karma and reincarnation in Hinduism, heaven-hell and salvation in Christianity, paradise and hell in Islamism, peaceful afterlife and reincarnation in indigenous Chinese folk religions, and release from the cycle of reincarnations and reaching enlightenment in Buddhism.
The benefits of following religion (dharma) include the development of positive thinking, good discipline, and ethical values. Mental stability and outlook will improve, and humanism will grow. As I grow in the shadow of Hinduism and it reflects in me.

Sanatan Religion has been an open philosophy. One can debate and discuss various spiritual, physical and metaphysical aspects of life. It is, however, noteworthy that religions have been made an impermeable bastion.
