Self realisation

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

“As rain falls equally on the just and the unjust, do not burden your heart with judgments but rain your kindness equally on all.”
~Buddha

When this life starts feeling like a burden, when I start getting irritated without any reason, when negativity starts showing its power, when I create a negative narrative about my own worth.

Take a pause from your busy routine and give yourself the gift of silence, alone, somewhere far away. Immerse yourself in an oasis of peace, love, and light.

Plan a vacation only to practise Meditation for self realisation that peel away layers of personality to understand the true self and outside reality. And you will start healing from mental stress.

After that vacation, make it daily practice you feel better from previous situation and a sense of calmness that can be carried into daily activities, promoting harmony and happiness.

This really resonated with me, especially the part about recognizing when life starts feeling like a burden and negativity takes over. Your advice to take a pause and seek silence, perhaps even a meditation vacation, sounds incredibly insightful. It’s a great reminder to prioritize self-care and find that inner calm. Thanks for sharing these thoughtful reflections!

  7. This is such a beautiful and timely reminder, especially with that wonderful quote from Buddha. Your words paint such a clear picture of those moments when life feels heavy, when negativity tries to take hold, and when our self-worth starts to waver. It’s incredibly relatable, and your invitation to pause, to seek silence, and to immerse ourselves in an “oasis of peace, love, and light” feels like a much-needed breath of fresh air.
Thank you for sharing such a gentle yet powerful pathway to healing and self-realization. The idea of a meditation-focused vacation is inspiring, but even more so is your encouragement to weave that calm into our daily lives. Your message truly shines a light on how we can cultivate harmony and happiness amidst the busyness.
Your authenticity and wisdom are deeply appreciated!

Happiness is not simply the absence of stress but a state of inner fulfillment. Meditation creates a pathway to this state by encouraging individuals to live in the present moment, appreciate small joys, and cultivate resilience against life’s challenges. With consistent practice, meditation becomes more than a stress-relief tool—it becomes a way of life that nurtures harmony, clarity, and genuine happiness.
