How are you feeling right now?
Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution and ‘survival of the fittest’ says that small adaptation can’t result as extinction. While small mutations create a survival advantage. species change over time through the gradual process of “descent with modification”.
He argued that an individual’s success won’t be determined by a single stroke of genius. It will be the by-product of a philosophy that fosters gradual evolution, mutation and adaptation in any and every aspect of an organism over an extended period of time.
This consept also applies to lives, thinking process, relationship, career and personal growth. Just a small deviation from the optimal route is amplified over time. That small change can create a big change later.
So if we really want improvement, we all need to add simple necessary rituals into our daily life which comes from small adjustments, as frequently as possible, in all aspects of our lives. That small adaptation in a positive direction leads you towards success.

This is a great application of Darwin’s theory to personal growth. The idea that small, consistent adaptations—like daily rituals—are what truly lead to success is powerful. 😇

You’ve got a keen eye for applying Darwin’s theory of evolution to various aspects of life 🤓. The concept of “descent with modification” is indeed the key here, because it’s not just about making big, drastic changes; it’s about making small, incremental adjustments that add up over time.
It’s a reminder that growth, whether in personal life or in business, is often not an overnight affair but a process of gradual refinement. It’s the small daily improvements that lead to the big outcomes.
