Hard work is the sole predictor of success is a myth. Even a fool can achieve success if the circumstances allow. A scientist may struggle with a puzzle all his life but still find it unsolvable. But he knows that he has laid a foundation that will prove helpful to anyone who solves it.
Another scientist succeeds with just a little effort and gets the entire credit. It’s not shameful to be willing to try again because you’ve tried and gained experience. The test of being a genius isn’t success, because success may be a stroke of luck and not the result of your own efforts.
Nowadays, we see children preparing for competitive exams become frustrated when they fail. Because the parameter for success is hard work, it often leads to depression. Whether a person achieves success or failure, he must feel a sense of satisfaction in the struggle he has undertaken.

I’d totally agree with that statement, but I seen many people whom are still struggling in every aspect by doing hard work, but I think the proper term to use is we have to work hard and at same think smart, I think when we think smart and work hard, that’s were success comes easily..

I am totally agreed with this statement. we often hear from this society that hardwork pays and you will succeed in your life but this isn’t true because some people struggle for whole life and don’t succeed in their life but gets the experience
