Mindset

What’s something you do completely differently from how you were raised?

Coming from a farming background where stability often means a secure job, stepping into entrepreneurship is both courageous and visionary. I have essentially shifted from a path of expectation to one of creation instead of fitting into a role, i have building roles for others.

Civil contract work with the government is no small undertaking. It demands discipline, networking, and a sharp eye for project management. But it also gives the chance to transform landscapes, literally roads, bridges, buildings things that stand as proof of lots of effort.

Stepping into a world that runs on risk, negotiation, and vision, while the one i were raised in was built on routine, patience, and the rhythm of the seasons. Farming life teaches endurance and humility, but entrepreneurship demands boldness and the ability to thrive in uncertainty.
