Where had you gone

I’m a bit of a lazy person, and I am someone who tends to get lost in his own world. it’s a big enough task for me just to keep my own things organized. I probably shouldn’t get a pet, as I likely wouldn’t be able to take proper care of it.

Because keeping a pet is never just about cuddles and companionship, it’s a responsibility that demands patience, consistency, and care. A pet is like a living mirror: it reflects back the love, discipline, and attention you give. The challenge lies in balancing affection with responsibility.

But my grandfather was fond of keeping cows; he used to look after them personally. We had a cow at home that was with us for about 15 or 16 years. She was a lovely gentle cow, completely docile and was white in color.

I remember that when I visited the village this time, I went to see that cow just as I did the other members of the household. When I stepped closer and stroked her back, she turned her head and looked at me, as if asking, “Where had you gone for such a long time?”
