Ability to tolerate

What’s your favorite thing about yourself?

I hope one day everything will be in my favour, this gives me confidence and that results to be calm even in the worst situation. That tolerence is like a water tank, everyone has their own tank and is responsible for topping up the tank with the water of patience. With this water of patience the tank starts to over flow and tolerance becomes abundant.

Many people want to prove that they are right, that the other person is wrong. A tolerant person never needs to prove anything. The truth will always out is a very old proverb and if I understand it then I can accept others exactly the way they are. Let me be the one to change my attitude towards others and be more loving, kind and understanding.

Flowers continue to grow and blossom even though weeds are beside them. In the same way I am living in a world where there are people around me who are so different, yet how do I respond to them? My strength is in not how I respond, but how I adapt and adjust.

No interest to good habit

Introvert to extrovert
Comfort to effort

No opinion to expressive
It’s ok to impressive

No clue to hopeful

Saving a relationship

Describe one of your favorite moments.

I don’t know why, this happens many times in life, after someone leaves, we remember sweet talks and small things about him. You can’t forget even a single moments spent with him. And the heart is like a nomad which is looking for a place to stay.

If you managed to hold the dissonance, and resisted the urge to force two things to make a perfect sense. When a friend makes a mistake, the friend remains a friend and the mistake remains a mistake. If you easily seperate these two then separation can be avoided.

Nobody likes making mistakes. They feel awful in the moment. They mess with your confidence. But looking back, some mistakes shape you more than your biggest wins ever could. When you succeed in saving a relationship, you win the battle of life.

Love season

What is your favorite season of year? Why?

The season which makes me
feel good about myself
The reason why something
exciting happen inside me

The leaves change colours
It dazzle me every time
But please you never leave
don’t change like a season

Best wheather is when it’s
neither too cold nor too hot
Long term relationship is when it’s
neither too much dispute nor trouble

A walk under a cloudy sky when
beautiful flowers adorn the trees
Renounce your rowdy nature and
come with me with calm mind dear

It pleasant to be thoughtful at
edge of window during rainy day
The season of love begins when
your hand is in my hand forever.

Environment

What’s the one luxury you can’t live without?

Recently we celebrate World Environment Day which is observed annually on June 5, this UN Day brings together millions of people across the globe in a shared mission to safeguard and restore our planet. This World Environment Day 2025 mobilizes commitment, action to end plastic pollution globally.

Our environment is constantly changing so does the need to become increasingly aware of the environmental issues that are causing these changes. With a massive increase in natural disasters, warming and cooling periods, and different types of weather patterns.

Environmental issues are the harmful effects of human activities on the environment. These include pollution, overpopulation, waste disposal, climate change, global warming, the greenhouse effect, etc.

So we all have to aware about environmental issues and try to take a strict action against them with the aim of establishing a balance between man and the environment. So I can say we can’t live without a neet and clean environment, it’s a natural luxury for us. We all need a sustainable development.

Companion

If humans had taglines, what would yours be?

When life is chaotic, your companion takes charge of the situation. He sits with you even in the most serious situations and makes his presence felt. He reminds how important you are to him, despite the many adverse situations you have faced, he is always there dogmatically.

By highlighting the positive aspects of life, he makes that moment lighter when it was difficult to take a single breath. His calm nature and confidence, still belief in me remains intact. Gives me a new energy which seems to end my negativity. This is where I start to get stronger again.

Be a companion of someone’s life so it’s easier to be a fighter, warrior, happier and superior.

Journey

If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?

My name is Shashwat, which means eternity, perpetuity, everlasting. We all know that nothing is eternal in this universe except God. We all have temporary existence on this world, or even a passage through time itself.

We generally have heard that “Life is a journey” so many times. It’s not a singular journey though. Every person has a different experience, a different destination and itineraries to tick off. However, this is a journey and it’s end is certain.

So we must learn to savour, cherish and treasure this life. This journey of life teaches us to fight with struggles. We are all born to do our work and we get results accordingly. Every one have beautiful journey in their unique way, so I suggest my name as ‘Journey’ instead of Shashwat.

Word building puzzle book

Do you remember your favorite book from childhood?

My upbringing was done in a remote area where reading and writing English was a challenge. But still I was very interested in learning English. When my primary education was started my mother brought me a word building scrambler puzzle book that changes my life.

One by one we have to write one alphabet at a time and make a word. Number of alphabet in that word will be your score. This used to be such a game in which your vocabulary should be strong only then you can win the game. Due to this I used to search for lots of new words from the dictionary and memorize them everyday.

There was a competition among me and my friends to win the puzzle. When that book was full, we used to draw puzzles in our copy and play it. This had become our daily schedule of our study. This game create lots of interest in learning english.

Today that friend is a professor in a university. This game is a golden page of our childhood memories. We prefer this game instead of playing outdoor game. We often remember this incident because our English improved due to it. So I can say this is my favourite book in childhood.

Strength of Silence

In today’s fast-paced world, my father practice silence twice in a month, according to Hindu calendar every ‘Ekadashi’. Today I realise this is not a weakness, away from the daily response to outside noise, it’s a powerful tool that he’s practicing.

It is much more powerful than words because it take efforts to keep. Sometimes you feel ignorant but learned to be a observer of human feelings and need. You manage things with gestures, you have to understand everything without saying anything.

It is rare to be able to protect oneself from someone’s condemnation and criticism. It is not necessary that we answer every question, some answers are found automatically with time. Across spiritual traditions, silence is revered as a tool for self-discovery, mindfulness and clarity.

Mahatma Gandhi also saw silence as a powerful spiritual tool. His practice of “noble silence” helped him clear his mind and stay grounded during the complex struggles of the Indian independence movement.

In Buddhism, silence is a path to enlightenment, where the stillness of mind allows the true nature of reality to emerge. Similarly, in Christianity, silence is a means of communing with God, removing distractions to hear divine wisdom.

Self realisation

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

“As rain falls equally on the just and the unjust, do not burden your heart with judgments but rain your kindness equally on all.”
~Buddha

When this life starts feeling like a burden, when I start getting irritated without any reason, when negativity starts showing its power, when I create a negative narrative about my own worth.

Take a pause from your busy routine and give yourself the gift of silence, alone, somewhere far away. Immerse yourself in an oasis of peace, love, and light.

Plan a vacation only to practise Meditation for self realisation that peel away layers of personality to understand the true self and outside reality. And you will start healing from mental stress.

After that vacation, make it daily practice you feel better from previous situation and a sense of calmness that can be carried into daily activities, promoting harmony and happiness.
