What’s the story behind your nickname?

Even before the birth of the child, the parents cherish so many dreams, in the same process the name of the child is also discussed so many times, sometimes it is finalized and sometimes it remains pending.

In our country, after the birth of a child, a proper naming ceremony is performed, in which the child is named with religious worship and rituals. Many times a child’s horoscope is made and a name is given according to the planet and constellation.

My mother and cousin gave me the nickname “Rinku” immediately after I was born, it was a meaning less name. At that time the trend was to use short names, it could be spoken easily and fit everyone’s tongue. When I came home from the hospital, people started calling me by my name.

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

To live a successful life, it is very important to maintain a balance between personal and professional life. Work-life balance can improve your overall well-being, including physical, emotional, and mental health.

Focusing too much on work will harm your physical and mental health and you will remain mentally stressed even when there is no work. So achieving a healthy work-life balance can reduce stress, improve emotional states, and increase overall productivity.

Accepting the reality of life and being happy in it is a sign of a satisfied life. There is no need to run after too many materialistic things because true success is not just about climbing the career ladder but also about enjoying the journey and maintaining a healthy, happy life.

What would you change about modern society?

Encouraging social responsibility towards human values and nature. We need sustainable development to restore natural resources as well as individual responsibility towards society, including participation in social activities and promoting kindness and empathy which will lead to a positive change.

Moving away from a focus on materialistic things and cultivate our inner consciousness towards a greater emphasis on well-being, relationships, and personal growth. This leads you towards inner peace and satisfaction.

Encouraging global peace and cooperation which increases happiness index of earth and overcome the hatred. Develop a societal mindset that values peace over conflict and fosters cooperation.

What’s your go-to comfort food?

Especially the comfort food which is available in the narrow lanes of the old city where I spent my childhood, its taste is the same even today as it was years ago. Neither did we have to go far away nor did it cost too much money but the taste was rich.

The most common comfort foods are typically homestyle foods, easy to prepare and readily accessible. I still remember the flavour of those street foods. If we ever get that taste in our new city, then nothing is better than that.

Eating comfort food with comfort is a dream because of work and health issues, but these foods provides emotional and physical comfort. Best comfort foods stimulate the brain’s reward system and make you feel good.

What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

The playing cards have seen plenty of daylight at home and during family gatherings specially on summer vacations or holidays. Or when we travel in a group it’s very easy to manage in train, car, hotel etc.

The card game I’m about to tell you about has to be my favourite because it’s give a chance to get together with relatives and spend time with some fun. The speciality of this game is you can make combination any age group, any gender with lil use of brain. I will not going share how to play the game here but I’ve had so much fun with it over the years.

The rainy season have come again with new hopes, adding more happiness in the face of hard working farmers. A breeze of greenery is blowing on this earth.

New seeds have started sprouting, new saplings are being planted on barren lands. New enthusiasm is at its peak in this fascinating season.

The rain will always share a better story, but believe me tonight the sky has no sorrow to tell, no unknown tears to hide, no misfortune with emotions.

Tonight it’s all  about the one who worry, who always wants to be stay in touch with their loved one’s. The one who worry about losing the people whey love.

Which activities make you lose track of time?

Laziness can be a critical step towards achieving and exceeding your personal and professional goals in life. It’s a kind of limitation that prevents you from performing to the best of your capacity. I am aware of these consequences but sometimes I loose my track of time.

I know that being lazy is not a good thing but what to do, I always find some excuse but also avoid when it’s necessary. Sometimes when workload increases too much then it becomes necessary to get enough sleep otherwise there is no productivity in work. It also like maintaining a balance between work and health.

Many lazy people are not intrinsically lazy, but are lazy because they have not found what they want to do, or because, for one reason or another, they are not doing it. To make matters worse, the job that pays their bills may have become so abstract and specialized that they can no longer fully grasp its purpose or product, and, by extension, their part in bettering other people’s lives.

Now don’t make any futile efforts to get someone back in your life because you didn’t do what you said. You made promises and then forgot. You leave that time because maybe your expectations were not being fulfilled as you think.

The silence that stretched longer between words. And when you tried to force the feeling back, it stayed just out of reach, like chasing warmth in a room that’s already gone cold. Love, it turns out, doesn’t always leave loudly. Sometimes it just stops showing up.

It is not right to insult someone or speak nonsense in lieu of your expectations. Every human being has the right to live his life according to his own standards. Once you take a decision, then stick to it; once you say something, do it accordingly. Because this world doesn’t work the way you think it does. The world works according to its own rules.

What are you most excited about for the future?

Live with purpose, gives a meaning to all of us, and challenge most of us. Everyone thinks about it a little differently. It offers lesson on things that apply to many areas of life like risk, confidence, freedom and happiness.

When I was growing up, I too had a world of dreams in which I wanted to do a lot, but when I started, I faced failure. I realized my inability, financial limitations, and the reality of people.

I was so disappointed that I started to find it more comfortable to give up the dream of business and do a job. But the job I got was not that good and I did not like it for many days.

After a lot of wandering around, I realised that business was the only option for me. This time I started in a more planned way because I had previous experience. I started a company which takes contracts from different government authorities.

Now this is not just limited to me only, the future of some people and their livelihood is linked to it. So I must to say this ‘dreams comes true’ one day, dreams give you a purpose in life.
