What brings you peace?
Forgiveness is a process by which a person achieve their mental satisfaction. Sometimes it looks like you bowing down to that person but the reality if you going forgive them you need more strong and big heart.
If you really want peace you have to reduce unhealthy anger, repairing potentially valuable relationships, growing as a person, and exercising goodness in and of itself, no matter the response. In addition to personal benefits, modeling forgiveness for others may lead to intergenerational and even societal improvement.
If you practicing spirituality for peace you have to detached from other worldly thing. Then you experience a deeper and more spiritual love and a spiritual sense of wholeness and happiness. It is complete contentment as you see that everything is, and everything is good, and your only real purpose in life is to keep loving and doing good.
