Human beings frolic about in the three spatial dimensions of length, width and depth. Time joins the party as that most crucial fourth dimension. Time can’t exist without space, and space can’t exist without time. The two exist as one: the space time continuum. Any event that occurs in the universe has to involve both space and time.

Einstein’s famous equation E=mc2, the speed of light (c) is something like a cosmic speed limit that cannot be surpassed. So, light-speed travel and faster-than-light travel are physical impossibilities, especially for anything with mass, such as spacecraft and humans.
So when your speed surpass the velocity of light then you start travelling with time( future or past). This is only possible with the help of gravity of another celestial body like wormhole.
And according to Einsteinâs general theory of relativity, gravity also affects clocks: the more forceful the gravity nearby, the slower time goes.
