The 21st century is called the digital era. Everyone is entertained and busy with technology. In the meantime, we forget the importance of sports and specially outdoor sports.
Outdoor sports develop good physical fitness, agility, strength and stamina. They are also beneficial for your mental health as they provide enjoyment, confidence, self-esteem, and well-being. They reduce your stress, anxiety, pain, and depression.
We “Dev Foundation” organise different outdoor sports activities in a definite interval of time. Recently we organise a “Youth welfare Primium League” a cricket match series on Christmas day. Through these kind of activities we inspire and encourage youth to manage their time for outdoor sports activities.
