Peace

🕊️

In the present age, man has become alienated from himself, completely disturbed both from outside and inside. He’s lost his direction, he doesn’t know where he’s going. He’s achieved a lot, but that could also be his destruction. He wants to love and be loved, but something has become unsettled.

Instead of loving and receiving love, he hates and receives hate. The problem of human interpersonal relationships is the most pressing issue in this time. The mutual relations between individuals and individuals, between nations, are entangled in suspicion and distrust.

There is no peace anywhere, at home, in society, or internationally. Humans are threatened by their own restlessness, greed, anger, hatred, and jealousy. In this age, humanity can only be protected by the path shown by Ramakrishna. His path is one of love, attaining the highest values. That highest values are within you, not outside.

Breaking Point

Many times, people without knowing the seriousness of situation and circumstances of the other person, people unconsciously do something repeatedly that never improves the relationship again. Many people don’t realize that it’s possible to push someone to the point where they no longer want to interact with you in any way.

This can happen in any kind of relationship, whether it’s with friends, family, or a romantic partner. There’s a limit to what one person can handle. If someone is constantly faced with negative or stressful interactions, they might reach a point where they decide it’s better for their well-being to step away completely.

This means they might choose not to be involved or communicate at all, as a way to protect their peace and mental health. It’s important to understand that everyone has their boundaries and breaking points.

Har Har Gange

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

In Avadh region (a part of Indian state Uttar Pradesh) people who live near the bank of river Ganga. Ganga Snan (bath) is a sacred morning ritual involving a pre-dawn bath in the Ganges to cleanse sins, usually performed before sunrise.

A slogan of Har har Gange is very famous people use during dip in river. My father practice this ritual every morning for years. He have to walk daily approx 2 Km to reach the bank of river Ganga and take a dip then return to home.

This practice is very famous in Hindu religion, for those people whom this is not possible to take bathe in Ganga daily because they live quite far away, they used to take bathe in their home by mixing few drops of Ganga water.

Unique turn

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

whom I considered qualities unique
that turned out to be person common
whom have nice talking technique
substance in their words are normal

With whom I wanted to travel a long way
upset me their reckless attitude formal
left in halfway turn and went away
This incident was not at all moral

I knew the times were undeservedly
Keep calm and tolerated it silently
Neither beat the drum of sorrow
nor shed tears or thought narrow

Just watching their journey
And didn’t even utter a word single
After sometime I found decay
They lying injured at some flexion

Eternal Power

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

My name is Shashwat which means eternal. Eternal can only be God, so this name is very close to him. You can name this place after a religious site or a natural locations such as a lake, waterfall, forest, mountain, sea route, etc.

It could be the name of a star or a group of stars. It could also be the name of a route within space missions or the name of a planet or its moon. You can name after any mission related to time travelling or any new universal law discovered related to that.

Or, in chemistry research, it could be the name of a particle that is ubiquitous. It could also be the name of a new element in the periodic table that has some unique supernatural properties.

Different experience

Each project offers a different experience, and each time it brings new challenges that must be addressed with a new strategy. It be loading, unloading or shifting of material, if everything is not done systematically then the cost increases.

Road repair or renovation work is really challenging anyway because there is already traffic on that road, traffic diversion is managed so that people agree to co-operate. And this time it’s more challenging because it’s a CC road or all weather road.

It takes more time to build a cement concrete road than others because it needs time to dry and then needs to be watered for at least a week. Only then does it become strong according to its required standards.

Fairy tales

When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Whatever story I heard, I just wanted to become like the hero of that story in this age. Grand Parents (Dadi, Nani, Babba) and mother used to explain to me whatever they had in their mind as to what I should become, they used to sow the same seeds in my mind through fairy tales and I used to start thinking the same.

I started taking career decisions much later, actually from 9th standard when I had to choose between Science, Arts and Commerce. Even then also I had no clarity on what to do. Further some hard decision have take to choose my career.

Anyway, everything happened, some due to my hard work and some due to luck. Some dreams were unfulfilled, some were achieved late, some were even celebrated and for some struggle continues.

Why this to me

What’s something most people don’t understand?

Why this happened to me is is a common feeling we experience. It seek to understand why one is experiencing unfair circumstances, limited scope, loss, or broken trust. What did I do, what was my mistake? Why should i bound by these boundaries.

We often ask ourselves this when something unwanted or unexpected happens in life. These feelings come from the depths of the heart. Sometimes from happiness, sometimes from pain, sometimes from memories.

Sometimes things go wrong with us and when things don’t go well, we become depressed. But it also happens that someone stand like stone pillars in a situation and everything goes fine. Whenever this happens, we must express our feelings and be grateful to that person.

Gate of tears

How has technology changed your job?

Technology has changed everyone’s job. It has revolutionized global trade by dramatically lowering costs, accelerating logistics, and digitizing services. AI, blockchain, and automation streamline supply chains, reduce paperwork, and enhance tracking.

But now a day’s the world’s traditional maritime trade routes are bleeding due to war, disrupting global supply chains. The Strait of Hormuz is a narrow channel waterway, located between Oman and Iran, connects the Persian Gulf with the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea.

The strait is deep enough and wide enough to handle the world’s largest crude oil tankers, and it is one of the world’s most important oil chokepoints.

Because we have also access to advanced warfare technology today. It focuses on AI-driven autonomous systems, hypersonic weapons, and electronic warfare to dominate battlespaces. Key innovations include drone swarms, high-energy laser weapons, robotic ground vehicles, and soldier exoskeletons.

Earth is suffocating

Already we fighting against global environmental issues which are dominated by the climate crisis, driven by greenhouse gas emissions, causing rising temperatures, melting ice, and extreme weather. Key threats include widespread biodiversity loss, severe ocean acidification, deforestation and now we have war.

According to one study published in the peer-reviewed journal One Earth, the Gaza conflict generated some million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, an amount comparable to 7.6 million petrol-powered cars or the annual emissions of a small country like Jordan.

By one estimate, the war in Ukraine has caused more than 300 million tonnes of additional emissions, equivalent to France’s annual output. This estimate, by the Initiative on GHG Accounting of War, takes into account military operations and reconstruction efforts, forest fires, and longer flight routes.

This conflict is playing out on the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial artery for the passage of oil and gas supplies to global markets that depend on energy from the Gulf. Ships transporting these highly flammable fuels through the narrow waterway, along with the region’s oil and gas refineries and storage facilities, were “all a target” in this war.

We have already seen a significant amount of refineries targeted. These toxic flames are deadly and have a severe climate cost. Since erupting the conflict has sent oil prices soaring and focused fresh attention on the global transition to cleaner, more climate-friendly forms of energy.
